The problem is BRPD has a political hack and not a leader. A good Chief is someone that their dept looks up to. They also act as a punching bag protecting them from council people, SJW, etc. When someone screws up they also handle it in a professional manner. BRPD, at this time does not have a leader and unfortunately the officers are the ones suffering.

Amazing how MP slid out the back door of LSP , despite the fact he was in Las Vegas with everyone else, and into the chief’s position. Sounds a lot like them last chief from LSP who slid out the back door of an active IA investigation into BRPD.

It is ironic that civil service was created to give AA officers an equal chance in the 60s, but now that Baton Rouge is predominantly AA the leadership wants to do away with it.

It's not about only one white cop. It's about any white cop in their way of promoting blacks over whites.
