I’m currently sitting in the Walkons in Juban Crossing. It’s 42 degrees, raining, and this place is packed, including OT-7’s.
Is this part of Livingston Parish a generally acceptable to the OT, or is the whole parish null and void? This area seems fresh and “safe” from the culcha.

Walker has culcha by the rail road tracks on Walker North Road.
Denham Springs has culcha off Martin Luther King behind the Tractor supply and on the other side of the Walgreens.
