He’s been doing bjj and surfing everyday. He did a documentary about his therapist called “Stutz” It’s really candid. We are just so used to seeing fat people, skinny ones look weird.

Yeah, most guys who are pretty heavy should have really string lower body, but he is the exact opposite. Dude looks like he's atrophied.

Everyone I know that lost that much weight had their gall bladder
removed within a year.

Don't know the medical reason but any website about gallbladder disease will tell you it's a major risk factor. Maybe your new thin body is producing more bile than it needs and the excess turns into gallstones.
