I've never flown JB, but from all accounts it's a humbling experience for friends that have flown it.

Flew JB from MSY to JFK and back 6 times. Nothing but positive experiences. Their fleet is also one of the newest in the country, especially compared to SW which is one of the oldest.

Jet Blue is great. Especially if you are 6 feet or over. They have the most leg room I have ever seen. I fly with them every chance I get.

JetBlue is my favorite airline by far. Love flying JB. I'm 6'3" and the extra legroom is awesome. I have kids so the free DirecTV is much appreciated. Great free food options (they come through with a tray of about 7-8 different bags of chips and you pick what you want). New planes. Great customer service. Good routes (for my needs, anyway).
Always prefer to fly JB when I can, I'll even pay extra if it's not that much more.
