I don't think you understand what "moving the goalposts" means...
for the vast majority of people, you can absolutely go off the number
unless you are trying to argue that Jessica Simpson is mostly muscle

Looked at her IG pics from pregnancy- she looked majorly preeclamptic. She should stop having kids now- the next one might damage her irrevocably.
