Ronnie is better Boudin, But Jerry Lees ain't bad and the Hog Head cheese can't be beat anywhere.

I take Jerry lee's and smoke it myself. Brings out a whole different flavor. It's what I use in my boudin dip.

Days Smokehouse in Watson sells some damn fine stuff and their boudin is on par with JL's to me but they sell what they call Smoked Bouudin as well but it's nowhere near as good as Ronnies. Ronnies smokes their boudin to the point where the skin starts to get brittle. That shits the best.

They fired a friend of mine for not being able to show up to help clean up the store.
My friend got 5 feet of water which caused an electrical short that burned the rest of his house that wasn't already flooding, which caused him to relocate to another city for a few weeks with his parents until he could find a new place to live

I do I actually went to high school with him. I honestly prefer jerry lee's regular to his but I like his smoked better than jerry lee's for sure.
