Tianeptine is an antidepressant though. I mean that's what it is. Just because it can have other side effects doesn't mean it's not one. You can crush up Wellbutrin and snort it and get a rush too, but at the end of the day it's still an antidepressant.

So you are telling me there is a leaf that people can take that relieves pain and is euphoric as other opioids, but doesn't cause any acute disease or respiratory depression and we are making it harder to get during an opioid epidemic? Is this because Jesus is cool with alcohol but we’re not sure about other things?

I'm not saying it shouldn't be scheduled/banned. All I'm saying is it's NOT a narcotic and/or opioid.

What ive heard, but I also don't know of anyone who made that their drug either. It really is gas station garbage and there's far better stuff out there so most people don't waste their money on it unless they have to for some reason (piss tests for instance).

That's what Louisiana leaders do. This is what people want and vote for. As long as he's sticking it to whoever and whatever lives in people's head rent free, he's going to continue to pander to that useless base that's regressive rather than actually doing anything good/actionable for the state.
Anyone who voted for Landry knew what they were getting into. If they didn't, I don't know what to tell you. Just as long he's not democrat though, can't be any worse than that. I think. Republicans are really good at making people vote against their own interests. It's amazing really.
