is anybody actually doing any of the "phase 2" restrictions?
because all the restaurants that had tables roped off for when we were in Phase 2 this summer have all of their tables open now
my daughter's school never changed anything when we went back to Phase 2
so I'm just curious what the phases even mean at this point
