Monty, I have to agree with him on this.. I took it as you have had it happen to you before when you said this
And I've had this same exact thing happen to me on the GNO in New Orleans.. I just have been about 18 at the time, we were coming back from bourbon st and my friend got pulled over.. his windows were limo tinted and he only cracked the windows, so the cop drew his weapon and circled the vehicle until we rolled down the windows and didn't appear as a threat anymore...
Btw, my friend and I are both pretty white (I'm a little tan, but still very noticeably white) fwiw

FTR I have been harassed by the police. Had them search and harass me and my friends. Had them with guns drawn pointed at my head at like 14 years old. I AM WHITE!!! It isn't a black thing.
