Just read in your other thread that you have sons. I know it looks like a tough hill to climb but I bet your sons and wife would love to see you check out some of those options folks in this thread have mentioned. Easy for me to say but I think you can lick this

We all know you came here to escape from the serious issues that come with your diagnosis. Enjoy your time on here for what you can.
But there is legit good advice from Cosmo and saderade on here that could help you, and it might mesh with what your doctors are saying or it may not, but I encourage you to follow up on what is presented here. I would do the same.

Damn, that is depressing to hear. I'm not religious, but good luck with it, and keep fighting, every second of life is worth it.
