Its time to begin the healing, Houston vs NOLA stop the madness

If there is one subject that can really turn an otherwise peaceful day on the OT into a raging gang war,only resulting in hurt feelings its the ongoing debate between the snack packers and the gogurt crowd. I think we can all agree there will never be peace between those two groups.

However the bridge between Houston and NOLA doesn't have be shut down forever. Unless it rains again and LA. inability to provide proper infrastructure results in another closure.

But enough of that, I'm obviously a man of peace and as such Id like to promote a "truce" its starts with the admission that you have a problem, So for my redneck inbred buddies in LA I offer this.

Defensiveness is the bastard child of shame. For people who have survived harshly judgmental environments, shame dominates the psychological landscape.


its OK, youre a valuable city, we care about you and when we point out your faults we are not being critical we are expressing love.

why are NOLA types so quick to attack their younger more successful little brother to the west ?
