I see where you get your moronic qualities.

The standard polio vaccine schedule is 4 total doses, 3 before age 2 and a 4th as a booster a few years later. Efficacy is only 90% after the first 2 doses, and the 3rd dose gets it to ~99%.

The polio vaccine is as effective as it is because we vaccinate pretty much everyone. If a significant percentage of people weren't getting it, then we'd see more breakthrough cases in people that did get vaccinated. People have been trying to drill this concept into peoples' heads for 2 years now, I see it still hasn't sunk in.
