If they were smart they should try to schedule some Thursday night home games. I would be interested in going to those.

Awesome!! Now all u good folks go get your UAB season tix. They can't survive giving them away in the Sunday paper and I'm convinced you all will be there. Don't forget to put them on the schedule too. Pack out Legion with 70K. I know you can do it.

Yeah. They've got to find a different approach like that. Nobody is going to skip a UA or AU game to go to a UAB game. Birmingham is the #1 College Football market in the country. That means that most people will be in Auburn/Tuscaloosa, at their homes in front of a flat screen, or at a sports bar. Even with all the publicity lately, UAB can't compete with that. Hell, a lot of the stronger programs are struggling in that regard. UAB struggled with it before and they'll struggle with it again if they rebuild and run things like they did before.
