Sure. If you know someone who can get every police department in the nation to give you that information and make sure it is accurately reported.

The possibility blacks are actually committing these crimes at a higher rate evades you both because you are bias.

but honestly, I think the fire fighter was too distracted doing his job and wasn't in the mood to talk. of course, he is then criticized as "leadership continuing to brush off the citizens"
