nothing to see here. just a videographic abnormality on the first and ice particles on the camera lens on the last one sliding across. I think that's what's in the manual anyway.

It certainly could be a trick of the camera or even eye, but his hand movement blocks the view of the object, leading the viewer to believe the reflection is beyond his hand off of an object...
Whether it is or isn't real is not determined, but the astronaut reacts to something in his view.
