Buy from tire rack where you can read reviews and choose a type of tire that fits your driving needs. Pay and have them dropped shipped to your home.

Take them to any local installer and have them balanced and mounted.

Profit.

Sam's Club has very good prices on great brands and you get life of the tire balance and rotation. Like a sore dick, that deal is hard to beat!

The deal with Jerry's World is, you have to tell him what you want, get a price from him, then proceed. They will beat all the other stores coming and going on BFG's, Toyo, other name brands. He's pulled that "it's the same rubber compound as Kelly" bullshite on me before too, but I know better. I do remove my hubcaps and valvestem caps before going, and have also put the final torque on my wheels myself.

Do a little research first and don't rely on dipshits for recommendations.

My non dipshit rec would be to take a look at discount tire direct online and have the tires shipped to you with no sales tax. They are great with their road hazard warranty as well. I drive a significant amount and have had them replace three tires for no charge beyond the $20 warranty fee.

Shreveport has a tire rack warehouse. You can just pick them up and save shipping costs.
