Well, the war isn't going as well as 06. The ground forces are taking unacceptable casualties, and they're stalled out along the border. The Israelis are now using the air force to try and level the Lebanese towns in their path, in the hope that they can clear a way forward, but that's not going to work.

So your strategy is to park your dominant air force and have the troops go in with no support.
The liberal press of the world is begging Israel to halt their advance. The almighty hackbellah is begging for a deal, and you think Israel is stalled????
Lima where are those 150,000 supersonic nuclear weapons hackbellah was gonna rain down on Israel?

I know you hate when people drill down on your statements. So I'm gonna keep doing it.
In 2006 Israel was in Lebanon for 34 days. And they lost 212 soldiers. Almost 7 per day. Plus they lost 20 main battle tanks LINK
In 2024 they been in Lebanon for about a month as well. But they've only lost 34 soldiers, and one tank.
LINK
They've also lost a total of about 750 soldiers after a year in Gaza. So about 2 per day.
So the casualties in Lebanon are running at about half what they are in Gaza. And about 16% of what they were in Lebanon in 2006.
But things are going worse?
Do tell...

“Israeli intelligence suggests Iran is preparing to attack Israel from Iraqi territory in the coming days, possibly before the US presidential election on Nov. 5, Axios reported on Thursday, citing two unidentified Israeli sources.
The attack is expected to be carried out from Iraq using a large number of drones and ballistic missiles, the Axios report added.
The report said that carrying out the attack through pro-Iran militias in Iraq could be an attempt by Tehran to avoid another Israeli attack against strategic targets in Iran.”

“Top Hamas official Izz al-Din Kassab was killed in an airstrike earlier today in the southern Gaza Strip, the IDF and Shin Bet announce.
Kasab was one of the last remaining members of Hamas’s political bureau, where he served as head of national relations.
According to the military, he was responsible for coordination between Hamas and the other terror groups in Gaza.
‘Kassab was a significant source of power and, by virtue of his role, was responsible for the organization’s strategic and military relations with other factions in the Gaza Strip. He held the authority to direct the execution of terror attacks against the State of Israel,’ the IDF says in a statement.
According to the IDF, Kassab’s assistant, Ayman Ayesh, was also killed in the strike.”

“‘We now have the technical capabilities necessary to produce nuclear weapons,’ Kamal Kharrazi, Iran’s Strategic Council on Foreign Relations head, told pro-Iran broadcaster Al-Mayadeen on Friday, indicating that Iran's nuclear doctrine could change if the nation faced an existential threat.”

U.S. has also communicated to Iran that, if Iran strikes Israel again, the U.S. either cannot or will not temper Israel’s response.

“Iran is preparing an attack on Israel that will use more powerful warheads and ‘other weapons’ not used in its previous two attacks, Iranian and Arab officials briefed on the plans tell The Wall Street Journal.
An Egyptian official tells The Journal that Tehran warned Cairo privately that its response to Israel’s airstrikes on its territory on October 26 — which was in retaliation for the Islamic Republic’s October 1 ballistic missile attack — will be ‘strong and complex.’
An Iranian official reportedly says that because its military lost four soldiers and a civilian, there is a necessity to respond.
The report says Iran’s military will be involved in the operation, marking a departure from the April 13-14 and October 1 missile attacks which were carried out by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The official says the attack will target Israeli military sites ‘much more aggressively than last time,’ and that Iraqi territory may be used to launch projectiles.”

No. Someone did put out a tweet saying that is what they said, but other people said it was fake.
Who the hell knows? I sure don't.
