Hamas is releasing women and children in this. Swapping 150 troglodytes for a bunch of children who would otherwise be killed is a pretty good deal. Especially when you consider these released terrorists will be killed sooner or later anyway.

I like the kidnapped individuals come back.
Don't like the ratio. Think it will result in more people getting killed than the people it saves.

Well we don't know that will happen but we do know those 40 children and their mothers will certainly be killed if this swap doesn't occur. And it's not the Israelis putting Palestinian children in harms way. We know who’s doing that.
The 2nd part is just weird. In fact, the entire response is weird but the second part really stands out.
Anyway, you don't like the deal.

Look man, just say you don't like this hostage swap and if these 40 children and their mothers are killed, then they're killed. You don't have to gyrate like this.

I'm not gyrating. I'm fine with getting hostages back. I wouldn't give up a single Hamas criminal in exchange.
The price of losing the children and mothers is terrible. Wouldn't want that to happen either. There is a price in war of innocents and you can't justify it on any level. Not even going to try.
You, are justifying the loss of unknown future lives to save lives today. So that is your position.
The other side of faux-empathy is imagine you allowing your neighbors child to be killed in the future so yours can walk free today. Make peace with that.

I'll put a finer point on it I suppose. I didn't think I would need to do that, I thought you would get the point.
You're correct nonetheless. It's not a "hostage swap". It's a prisoners for hostages exchange.
Isreal is not holding hostages. They're holding prisoners.
Anyway, you answered whether or not you support the exchange as best you could and it's obvious you don't.
