It's not that hard to discern. Trash refers to matter lacking worth, so you discard it. Worth and value are most definitely relative to whoever is rating something.
Thus, you could re-express your query as:
What is your opinion of our ability to assess the worth and merit of various things.
Or more simply: Is our judgement worth a shite?
To answer your query directly: my opinions are great! The things I love kick arse, and the things I hate all suck.
By submitting this post, I have elevated the worth of this thread to levels beyond imagination. It is the opposite of trashy. In fact, 5 minutes after I posted this message, the NASDAQ picked up 350 points and Disney wants to make a movie starring this thread.
