My advice: move. And in the new house, geauxxx, when eating your wifes arse, try to keep the juices off the hallway ceiling

I deal with all sorts of mold constantly in the vacant house I manage and/or purchase. Most of it is more of a mildew really from no A/C running to suck out the moisture but I have educated myself on it and plan on getting my remediation license.

Geauxxx, if you are in NOLA or BR I do have a contact around there that has his water intrusion license and can potentially help you out. You only need a mold license when it's over like 200 contiguous sq ft or something.
