Is there anything worse than customer service during Christmas?

I ordered the wife some boots online, along with a couple of other things. The other items arrived yesterday, no boots. Checked the order online, says they were delivered
Prepared myself for the inevitable and it happened, was on hold for 45 mins only to speak to an incomprehensible person. Who then told me it would be delivered tomorrow, I think
No doubt I'll have to call back. Bastards!
