class rings are a big tradition at all the military schools: usma, usna, usafa, a&m, vt, vmi, the citadel.
TAMU is about as military as the Boy Scouts.
Although to hear them tell it the "Corps of Cadets" is harder than actually serving a rotation in Afghanistan's Korangal Valley of Death.

That's just false

I've noticed not only do Aggies wear their rings, but will often introduce themselves as "John Doe, class of '94"

Must take a remarkably limp wrist to execute moves like that

Congrats. You went through all that trouble...
Here is your issue...

Is their any school
Also, "Are" as opposed to "Is" would have made a big difference.

Correct, a lot of our posters even use their class year in their TD handle such as TBirdSpur2010 who is class of '10.

amazing really, never seen so many people brag about such a mediocre school

West Point and Annapolis FTMFW, baw.

If A&M is mediocre I'd hate to see what some other schools are

A&M isn't a bad school but living in houston its annoying how great longhorn and aggie alumni think their school is. I have an LSU MBA and never once do I brag about great this program or that program is. LSU is mediocre, it is what it is, Im not gonna sit there and act like its on par with tulane like the aggie/longhorn faithful do when comparing it to rice

I'd have to disagree. I think aTm is a good school.
The problem is... It's. Just. So. Damn. Ghey!!!!
