Most of these parents essentially forced college on them, only to find out unless they were engineering material, they weren't getting hired between 2009 and 2012. Not to mention, if they did find a job, it wasn't one that would pay the bills.
Golfer, you're far from the best poster on this site, but this is the most truthful thing I've ever seen on here. Good job.

This thread sounds like Baby Boomers c. 1968, who blamed everything on their greedy, racist, warmongering parents

Not quite...last year of boomers is 1959. But even if he is, he was a 'nothing' that was put into office by the gen x and y'ers that had no idea who they were voting for. as usual, sheeples....

Gen Y didn't elect Barry on its own...
But if you're going to give Germany "a good bit of the blame" then you have to in turn give today's generation "a good bit of the blame" for Obama as well.

Question for all you Gen X/Y grads:
You can't find a job or you can't find your dream job?
I ask b/c I've met several 20ish grads who essentially felt the job offers were beneath them. Are they really or do you just not want to start at the bottom and pay your dues working your way up?

Baby boomers were detached and selfish out of ignorance IMO more than malicious intent. It is a far worse thing to be a narcissistic self absorbed know it all idiot who knows much less than they think they know, and only think of themselves as being the center of the universe, and with no moral compass to direct them in a way that keeps others in mind as well.
