and disgusting as frick to anyone around them? I have a co-worker who eats his lunch right next to me everyday, am older gentleman, who eats the same lunch every day. Aside from the smacking and hellaciously mind fricking noises he makes when chewing and even when not, he also puts entire bones in his mouth and slurps them around and then spits them back in his Tupperware container.
It's not an understatement to say that it is driving me insane. Like literally pissing me off to where I have to completely leave or I might shout an obscenity. It is disgusting and torturous to listen to.
The guy is apparently completely oblivious, but I don't know how much longer and I can deal with this. So how can this be addressed without me somehow looking like the bad guy here? He's a nice guy and I really don't want to insult him but this shite is too much.

"You're eating really loudly and it's getting annoying."

Rear naked choke should do it.

Sounds like that food is good.

Ask him if he can eat an apple through a tennis racket and see what he says.

It smells awful, but maybe that's because my brain has linked it to the sounds.

There is a guy at my work that "eats" almonds in the break room.
He actually puts them in his mouth, "sucks the flavor out" (his words), and spits them out "to avoid calories" (again, his words)
A co worker straight up went to him and told him "Do that outside or have them nuts shoved up your nose"
Quite a funny day.

You must establish dominance over the lunch table. Get on the table naked. Do the helicopter with your penis for everyone to see then throw his lunch in the floor. Be prepared to throw feces if necessary.

Where do you work where you are forced to eat next to your coworker, much less in assigned seats?
Are you sure you're not a 5th grader?

That sounds like it had to be therapeutic as frick to say.

I eat with 2 co-workers all the time who have terrible table manners:
1st guy; Buries his face in his plate and then uses his fingers to shovel food on his fork, and then continuously sucks all of his fingers like a 4 year old kid.
2nd guy; Devours his food while chewing with his mouth open making an constant smacking noise throughout his whole meal.
They both stay on TD so I hope they read this.

It's not assigned seating.
He and I work in the same spot and there is only one place with AC. My primary goal is to not be here when he is eating, but many days that is unavoidable.

Oh it was hilarious.
No one likes that douche, and a female coworker announced she was putting the law down because "I am on my period and I want to"
We all sat around the corner and listened

I'm dealing with the same shite. My co workers husband comes and eats here everyday. They sit at the conference table behind me. Lip smacking. They burp non stop. The husband farts. Now this is all shite I do when I'm alone but frick man we are in a semi professional setting. They should start this shite up any minute.
