Is the Justpark app legit?

Looking at parking for an event in New Orleans next week. Several lots with this app came up on google. Legit?

I don't know about justpark. I use Spothero for when I need to go to New Orleans.

There are a number of places in Houston that force you to use it to pay for parking, including Rice Village IIRC.

Whichever one that BR airport is going to start using, I downloaded their app and entered my license plate number and I immediately started getting texts saying I owed them money and late fees for parking in St Louis. Complete scam
