Serves its purpose. You just download the ESPN app when you subscribe. I don't think you are gonna spend hours on the sling app.

Any good channels or just a lot of crappy channels?

Think of the highest package with Dish or DirecTv with every add on, plus NFL Sunday Ticket, NBA League Pass, etc, plus PPV(UFC Fights).

Kidding but their commercials were consistently the wokest shite you could find. I was definitely not the target demographic
where are you and what channels were you watching?
all I get is an endless loop of HEB commercials and Danny Devito fake playing the Saxophone in the Jersey Mike's commercial.

I used Sling for a while, but switched when they had a fallout with ESPN and I couldn’t watch some LSU games. Switched to YouTube TV and won’t go back. Also, Sling has no good option for local channels, which sucked. And as some have mentioned, Sling isn’t that much cheaper once you add everything you get from the other services. But if you’re only looking to watch a handful of channels and nothing local, it’s serviceable.

Get very basic cable with the apps built in and get a few streaning services like Hulu, Prime, Netflix and maybe HBO Max - It is by far the cheapest route to take and you get tons of variety and quantity of shows/movies. It's amazing to me how people do not comprehend this.
Very Basic Cable - $30/month (you get local channels and 40 other channels)
Stream app 1 - $12.99/month
Stream app 2 - $12.99/month
Paramount + is what $4.99/month now?
and what is Netflix now? $15.00?
TOTAL - $50-$60/month for a hell of a lot more variety than Sling or YouTubeTV

I had it for a year and it sucked. Maybe it was my internet but it kept buffering and picture quality was shite. Got U-verse and it’s so much better.

Which service do you have? Mine costs $10/month single connection and has everything under the sun, including movie library galore

I use it at home and work. $73 a month. Rarely goes out.

Why does everyone care about local channels? Just get an antenna and boom, you have local channels for free. There is no reason to pay for local channels you can get with a freaking cheap arse antenna.
