Also important, If you find yourself making unfair comparisons (most wives do not look like pornstars and I don’t know if you’d want that anyway), having unrealistic expectations (eg, bdsm, spontaneous anal unless you already do those things) or overly objectifying your wife - need to really evaluate and probably stop or limit the porn.
