I’m about 215. 6ft 1. In fairly good health. Worked a physical job for years. The peeing issue has been ongoing, but has gotten progressively worse. Sorry I’ve been busy today.
I’m thinking it could be diabetes cause I’ve been fatigued lately and kind of tingly in the mornings when I wake up.

Go see your PCP, they'll rule out the usual suspects and refer you to a urologist if needed.

Could be a UTI or kidney infection.

Prepare to have thy anus reamed, Doctors/Medical Industry/etc., make a ton of cheddar off colonoscopies.

Maybe you're are not drinking enough water. Dehydration has made feel like this.

Flomax helps
Flomax makes one pee with a better stream. You know a reasonable stream versus dribble.
I took Flomax for years. I hate that drug. Many side effects.

Irritated bladder to a stone in your bladder. Ibuprofen and find foods that don't irritate your bladder until it heals.

A friend of mine got this jacking off using conditioner.
Epididymitis (ep-ih-did-uh-MY-tis) is an inflammation of the coiled tube (epididymis) at the back of the testicle that stores and carries sperm. Males of any age can get epididymitis.
Epididymitis is most often caused by a bacterial infection, including sexually transmitted infections (STIs), such as gonorrhea or chlamydia. Sometimes, a testicle also becomes inflamed — a condition called epididymo-orchitis.

Damn, I shite in the woods once or twice a year while hunting, but I'm not pulling to the side of the road, I'll find a damn bathroom if I'm in the car. For a few years now I'm an early morning clockwork shitter. I think my body knows I should drop weight before running or something.

Yes. This is not medical advice.

Definitely go see a Dr., a reputable Doc who specializes in Urology. They should do a blood test for your PSA levels.
Most likely, they will do the ole rubber glove & finger test.

Get your blood tested, your condition could be or not be related to diabetes. Specially request your A1C be tested, along with a fasting glucose level(blood sugar levels).
You can purchase a home diabetes test kit at CVS, Walgreens, Walmarks...for about $30-35.
Reli-On is pretty good. You will need to get the glucose meter, the lances(get the thin ones), a lance launcher device, sterile alcohol swabs, test strips, & notepad to record your blood glucose levels.
Rotate the sticks made on the tips on your fingers.
Check your blood glucose first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything. It should be between 70 & 100 mg/Dl.
Make sure you record it along with the dates.
Check it again about 2 hours after each meal . It should be between 140 & 70. Record it in your notepad.
Check it before you eat(lunch & dinner). It should between 120 & 70. You are recording it in your notepad.
A few days of recording should let you know where you stand. Show it to your Dr as well.
A couple of things, if your glucose levels are too low, anywhere below 70 mg/Dl. See a Dr like yesterday to get it in control
Inversely, if it gets too high, say 200 mg/dL and above, see a Doctor like yesterday.
On the bright side, Type II diabetes can be controlled with a proper diet & some exercise.
One more thing, check your blood pressure often. You can go to CVS, Walgreens, Wally-World and check it your self. 120/80 is optimal. It will fluctuate somewhat from those numbers.
Best wishes.

Its junk. I use Urinozinc which is an OTC supplement when needed. It helps a lot.
Something you most likely won't hear from the medical industrial complex in regards to prostate health is lycopene.
Best source is tomato's & a few other foods.
Supplements in pill form have been found almost useless.

Good advice. I am 52 and found out that I have Type II diabetes 3 months ago. Finally went to the doctor after about a year of having to pee every 90 minutes, constantly being thirsty, and losing an abnormally large amount of weight over that time period. I went from 6 ft 220 to 180 without exercising in 12 months. It all started when I had covid in Feb 2021. Doctor says that there are studies indicating that covid can flip a switch in a pre-diabetic person to become type II diabetic. I was in denial and thought it was just some weird post covid stuff that would eventually go away.
My A1C was alarmingly high and glucose level that morning at the doctors office was 182. I completely changed my diet that day and committed to making the time to exercise regularly. I check my fasting glucose level every morning with a target of <120 and record it in a book they gave me. On average, I am between 90-110 in the morning. I take .5 dose of Ozempic every Monday as prescribed.
My diet has changed so much since that day I found out. I can’t believe now how much processed sugar I used to consume. I consume 5-10% now of what I was consuming 4 months ago. Cut out starchy high carb items altogether. Stick to the lowest sugar fruits like Kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, etc.. Other than dropping rice, potatoes, pastas, desserts, and sugary drinks etc. from my diet, I still get to enjoy most foods
that I have always loved. Thank goodness I was never a picky eater and still get to enjoy the act of eating. Just have to be mindful now of what I am putting in my body. And being 52 and having always destroyed the desserts, I have found some good sugar free alternatives in the chocolates and cookies genre to stand in when I want something sweet tasting. And for the day I am drinking beer, Corona Premiere has been my choice with less than 3 carbs.
I actually feel healthier and more energetic now than I have in years and that is strange knowing that I have type II which is permanent but manageable if you have the will power to make the necessary changes.
