This. I've never seen a politician waste more political capital than Bobby Jindal. I thought for sure he was going to call for a Constitutional Convention during his first 100 days, which would have gone a long way, perhaps, in fixing a lot of the state's problems. His handling of the repeal of the Stelly Plan (I still don't see how this was repealed by the legislature when it was voted on by the citizens as a constitutional amendment) and legislative pay raises was abhorrent.
