Is it too late to weed and feed my yard?

I laid grass seed a month ago with little success, however, now I am noticing a ton of weeds popping up. Can I weed and feed at this point?

if you see weeds growing, it is never too late. I would personally find some kind of spray to knock the weeds back to keep down the risk of over fertilizing any grass that does make it.

I was cleaning out the shed and there was a bag stuck in the corner, so I put it in the seeder and distributed it. I watered about 2 days later, but haven't had rain since. I can see the weeds browning, but I'm hoping for a good bit of rain Thursday. I'll post pics of the before and after once we get some rain.

Kind of grass? Locale? But if weeds are actively growing. No it's not to late
