re: Is it rude to ask someone if they’re a property owner??

This and the thread surprised a kid fresh out of college is nervous on his first day of work (along with numerous other topics posted here regularly) reminds me of how socially awkward some of you really are. It amazes me that some people aren't dead or in prison by now.
