As long as you do it before the gray becomes predominant. If you dye when grays in your hair are 10% or less, people won't notice.
I think a touch of grey is a good compliment as you age, but full gray has to be a turn off to women.
I worked with a 60 year old man who had a full head of gray, then one day he shows up to work a brunette. It was hilarious. Everyone made fun of him and called him out.

i dont look at guys and think.....omg is his hair dyed or not....i could give two shits
that is their business
if it looks natural cool, good for you. Some people look better with salt and pepper, some dont.

Why in the frick would anyone care if a dude dyed hair or not? We live in a world where men are chopping off their nuts and pretending to be women. Care about that instead.
This is almost as bad as the "what type of jeans should I wear" posts. It's just weird.

I dont think men should dye their hair, its pretty double limp wristed.
Women who take care of themselves and age naturally look hot as frick now and I think getting hotter now that 20 years olds are looking 42.

I think a man looks mature and distinguished with gray hair. A dye job makes him look like an old guy trying to look like a young guy
