this insurance person inside of me says that providing a fire extinguisher adds increased liability worries as a landlord and responsibilities in maintaining fire extinguisher. Don't be so simple minded 100% of your life OweO.

I have one under the sink and one in the master bedroom closet. I have them inspected yearly and check the batteries in the smoke detectors twice a year.
