Not to mention the camps at Grand Isle aren't that cheap to rent, unless he's staying in an absolute dump. Definitely a waste of money on a ruse that probably won't work.

Tell your buddy to start denigrating Florida constantly. Tell him to show her all the articles about the dumb things the Florida meth heads constantly do.
Drive her down to Florida Blvd and show her the sign. Tell her you are in FL and headed to the beach, then go to Grand Isle.
When he gets tired of her he can send her to Florida Blvd. and N. Foster late at night. Tell her to go north two blocks and wait for directions. Nature will take it's course.
