Assuming there’s plenty of open spots, they just want one that’s close to the door

I just pull in the lot and park. Preferably at least 3-4 spots away from the closest vehicle.

I don't want some 1998 Civic with a black garbage sack for a passenger window parking right next to me and dinging my door

It's dumb people and fat people who do this. And generally lazy people.
Also, people inherently have a difficult time with lateral vs vertical distance from a store entrance. They fill up the middle rows and ignore the spaces in rows that aren't in the center of the lot even if spaces are close to the building entrance. It's retardation.
We need to thin the herd somehow. We have too many dumb people and they're breeding at an incredible rate.
