Is health insurance geographically priced like Auto Insurance?

Louisiana has the highest auto insurance in the nation, and I would guess the highest concentration of fat asses. So?

Assuming we're talking private health insurance here...

What if a company has super fit employees vs a company with a bunch of fatasses?

Seems like rates would depend more on the company, not region?
