Based on signs I see I see Catholic SJA and BRMHS for high schools

Judge Parker’s desegregation case destroyed public education in this parish.

Check the LEAP test scores and you will be disappointed and will make you angry about paying property taxes. Most of these public school children are just wasting time and money and go to school just to socialize.

White flight was going on long before Parker even got on the bench. It was going when I started 1st grade in EBRP in 1973. White parents couldn’t stand the thought of little Johnny going to school w brown kids. The cumulative effect of 50+ years of abandonment of EBRP public schools by whitey is what we have now, and it’s blamed on black people. Ironic.
