and guess what.... whether the color was purple, red, or green (yes, promethazine with codeine comes in all those colors, by differing manufacturers), it's all the EXACT SAME thing... by law, it has to be the exact same, or it would never get to a pharmacy shelf...
this entire, "the purple is better" bullshite is laughable.... it's called the placebo effect... the expectation, for whatever reason, is that the "purple one" (because at one point, the only color it came in was purple, until other manufacturers starting making their own version) is the best one, but in actuality, if you were to take it blindfolded, you'd never the know difference....
and the brand name for it is Phenergan with codeine... not activis, btw....

Just higher street value, but the red is gaining popularity as pharmacies refuse to stock the purple. We've been broken into about 6 times in the last 6 months.

Actually you are right, the recent stuff has been a company called Hi-Tech. He had a lot of bottles of Actavis a few months ago though

They steal our trash as well. NO doubt they are refilling empty phenergen with codeine bottles with other shite. Not to mention we toss some dog shite and other unsavory substances in the trash with that stuff to make it more pleasant for the dumbasses.

Mylan... and as far as i know, they don't make promethazine with codeine... they do make plain promethazine tablets, but not the combo elixir...
