didn't God say let no man pass judgement but me.
No, God did not instruct His followers to not discern that which is sin from that which is not.

I mean if a man, a woman, her sister, his mother, and their six adult children want to call it marriage then it's their right, no one owns that concept. If religions are offended that they are using the term marriage then they should just get over it

Yet religions aren't practicing free speech they are trying to assign values in a public sphere.
"That's not marriage, it's a civil union but it's not marriage that's a special sacrament for us!"
I can agree that we shouldn't sit press religion and allow homosexuality to be openly flaunted. Do what you need to do and how you want to do it but be respectful and at the same time don't assign or force your beliefs on another.
If you are at a restaurant and see two gay men on a date don't laugh or stare and snicker but approach them respectfully if they start going overboard same as with a same sex couple.
And gays don't snicker or be an arse to the ultra religious people who wear skirts and long braids and have no idea of the real world.

I'm against it but IDGAF and I don't think the government needs to be in your bedroom.
Agreed!!! ... and what goes on in your bedroom should not be forced upon the government ... which reoresents us.

It started as "qu**r" back in the day
But I once got a PM for using a different spelling merely suggesting the British word for cigarette... So I'm not going into any etymological details

Yes Kafka take it down the slippery slope. Also explain how anything in that scenario would affect you or your family and it's belief settings?

So do you favor laws against a man laughing, snickering and staring at homosexuals in public places? That sure fits your line of reasoning here.

and polygamous incestuous marriage at that...

I don't. I don't care what other people do.
Posted on 9/8/14 at 9:53 pm to Kafka
For scientific reasons I do. Breeding such as that can be damaging to the children.
I believe my point was if that when things happen that your religion is against how does affect you? If two men are "married" how does it change your life? Do you feel that being exposed to that in the real world will make you or your family to become gay? I'm just trying to understand what you think will come of it?
