You're actually being really offensive right now. You stand on the graves and the oppression of the retarded- both past and present. You're a bigot and a sexist racist. You ought to be g'damned ashamed of yourself.
I’m not a liberal. I really don’t care. Retarded is a word. Words are not a crime

That’s literally the government deciding to protect Apple from lawsuits.
Who enforces lawsuits?
The government.
There is nothing to "protect Apple" -- it's the government going forward with a suit. Stop twisting the language because it suits your liberal agenda

You want big business to be immune to lawsuits. That sounds really fair buddy
lol "ITS NOT FAIR IF GOVERNMENT DOESN'T TAKE DOWN THE MEAN SCARY RICH WHITE MEN
if you were really conservative you would never attack or treat a business differently just because it's large and successful.

The government isn’t ruling that it can bring a suit. It’s ruling the public can
Can you read? See above.
I’m not treating it different, I’m treating it the same as all others. Meaning they can be sued for anything, just like everyone else

A group of iPhone owners accusing Apple of violating US antitrust rules because of its App Store monopoly can sue the company, the Supreme Court ruled Monday.

Some iPhone owners are petitioning the state to use force against Apple. That's what a lawsuit is.
We are specifically talking about the justices deciding if it's alright to have some private citizens petition the government to use force against Apple. Not because Apple hurt someone, but because Apple isn't making phones the way they want them to be made. And you agree because your feelings are hurt because Apple won't let your guy's app in their store.
Nothing really conservative about all that no matter how you want to twist it around. You just want your way even though you could just go buy another phone just like the gays can just go to a different bakery. Nobody is hurting you

Ohhh so it's OK because it came from CNN.
Sorry, I mean "alright" not OK -- OK is white supremacist now I forgot.

So you're crawfishing on the whole "muh big business" argument you've been repeating now?

While the Supreme Court didn’t rule on the validity of the prospective lawsuit, it is still ridiculous.
There is no monopoly.
A consumer can choose between the freedom of Android with the associated risks of an open platform or choose a closed but more secure platform with iOS.
How many things do you own that only work with products made by the manufacturer?
If I buy an exmark mower, am I to expect to go into a Husqvarna dealership and buy parts for it? Is exmark operating a monopoly because John Deere parts are not compatible for it?
A monopoly is a situation where a consumer only has one option for a good or service wherein the entity providing the good or service can exploit their position as the sole provider of the good or service and thereby disrupt natural market influences.
This shite is like someone buying a Honda Accord and demanding that the headlights from a Camry fit of they need a replacement down the road.
It is ludicrous.
