I'm glad you posted your screen because I forgot you could do 5 columns on the homescreen.
Here's my current setup:
Subtlelock for my lockscreen (cleans it up a bit and pushes the date and time up top)
With the use of Springtomize 3 I have my icons set at 75% with 5 columns and then 5 icons on the dock. Also using a tweak called "Alkaline" for my battery display. Using "DockShift" to get the colored dock background.
And also with the use of Sprintomize 3, I have 4 columns in my folders and have chosen to remove the folder background. I actually chose 4 columns and 4 rows, but I think I would have to further shrink my icons for it work right.

i used to use the coverflow effect on the dock, but i think it looks a little cheesy now

Me too. Plus I've found that the notifications don't work right when coverflow is applied.

I can't get more than 3 rows of icons in folder view

I'm thinking it's either a bug or the icons have to be a certain size in order for it to work.
eta -
I just tested it out on 50% icon size and still only get 3 rows. So it must be a bug.
