Ugh.
I'll never forget that time I had a project kickoff meeting with them. On a Friday afternoon before Thanksgiving week.
eta: I actually asked, "Why are we kicking off this project before a short week, we're off next Thursday and Friday." The PM from Microsoft just paused..stunned, then got indignant because how dare I ask a question.
