A lot of people don't realize that Georgia is the biggest state eats of the Mississippi.
This state is fricking huge. There are still parts of it that I've never seen and I grew up here.

Ohio too. Probably because they're way more populated with multiple major cities.
Wut
Are you under the impression that Louisiana is more populated than Ohio and Pennsylvania?

No but this video has nothing to do with population. It's only about land mass size.

Louisiana being larger than Pennsylvania blows my mind
Not surprising. Pennsylvania isn't that big. Just long.

Alabama is 2000 sq miles bigger than England. Alabama has a population a little over 5 million. England's population is 70 million.

It was strange to both myself and the poster I was responding that Pennsylvania was a smaller state in area than Louisiana. Ohio surprised me as well, so my guess is that since both states both have multiple major cities and populations, people have a larger perception of them than what they really are.

You are a proven liar, so I'll do the smart thing and trust the random Youtube video in this situation. Nothing personal!

What have I lied about on this website, in my 12 years here, outside of jest?
I've been wrong about plenty of shite, but I've never lied to Tiger Droppings.
You, sir, owe me an explanation for your accusation.

I thought there was an entire thread about it, but maybe I'm wrong and was thinking about someone else.

Europeans need to see this to see exactly why we don’t have high speed trains. The US is way too big and spread out to take a train across the country.

The place that did the state comparison video also has one comparing country sizes as well.
