Interesting take on racism from a prominent figure in the rap game

This video is from a few years back from the late XXXTentacion who was robbed and murdered two summers ago at 20 years old sitting at a red light in his car. In the video he talks about the show Dear White People on Netflix and says that if the show were the other way around everyone would be outraged and going ballistic about it. Makes a valid point that in order to progress as a society we have to stop pointing fingers at one side or another as a whole. Wonder what the reaction would have been in today’s climate if he was still alive and made this video.

I don't know anything about the dude, but my guess is he'd follow the rest of the sheep herd.

You can rest assured had he not been clipped by some other black rapper, he wouldn’t share the same attitude today.

I thought it was at a car lot or something? He was looking to buy a vehicle and someone set him up and as he was pulling out they rode up on him and killed him. Maybe I'm misremembering it.

It doesn't change your point though.
