Never heard of an arterial bleed I take it.
Saw a Dr. in ER trying to remove a single tooth broken off a circular saw in a guy's left elbow. At the slightest of the 1st touch saw the guy's blood shoot over the Dr. shoulder to hit the wall 10 ft behind the Dr.. Heard Dr. immediately yell for tourniquet and to get the guy to OR for immediate surgery before he bled out. Saw almost a pint of blood on the floor/wall before Dr. could finish those verbal orders.

It has gotten completely out of control. I see my GFs friends using all those apps and by the time they scrub the shite out of the picture with their fingers it isnt even close to the original. Instagram has just turned into a giant catfishing
