IMO, this is going to wind up being the canary in the coalmine for the future of your marriage. You've come out to your wife and claimed you've seen the light. If it comes out at a future date that you played fast and loose with the term "sex," then any chance of your marriage surviving is toast. The confession was the time to lay it all out on the table. If you actually had any physical contact with the other woman like kissing, masturbating, oral, getting nude with, etc, then you can kiss any goodwill goodbye. You'd also be fooling yourself that you're a changed man.
