Well it sounds like he didn't like them either.
But not to put too fine a point on it. The panhandlers I see on the northshore are at times dropped off at their intersection of choice or they walk from the cheap motel room alot of them share.
These Walmart parking lot shite diapers aren't homeless and they're not mentally ill.

I gave a dude in Nashville $10 a few weeks ago. He had a sign that said "This cracker needs some cheddar." I laughed so hard it was worth the cash.
