This is the type of bulldog attorney that I want on my legal team. Son of a bitch will go to any lengths to get his man proven innocent.

What is the deal with the "Amtrak Camp". Is he referring to a real place that he refers to it as "amtrak camp" or is that some shite he made up?

when your parents saddle you with a girl's name at birth, you really start out life behind the 8-ball.

I must admit that I read some of these disciplinary hearing transcripts when I have extra time at the office...some of the things I read in them are quite disturbing. This was one of the better ones I have seen.

when i get the email i make a mental note to take 30-45 minutes to go through them all

now in ethics CLE's they present the ones that may make me mad, but 99% of the ones that are reported are just mind-blowing

"oh you didn't pay a client settlement for a year and THEN your trust went negative? oh ok"

Same here...I am always waiting to see the names of some of the shady people that I went to school with...

Speaking of ethics CLE's, how about the commercials they use as examples of "how not to advertise"

I know a MD who lost his license with a bang. Long rumored he liked coke, acted irrational, etc

One day drove his porsche through the front entrance of the hospital into the lobby. Got out and casually walked to OR.

like a boss

I Googled a Dr I met socially and found out that he was busted in the past for dealing pain pills for sexual favors. had to go to federal prison and everything. they must go lighter on doctors b/c he's practicing today. no way they'd ever let an attorney back after that
