I wouldn't doubt if my girl had it a few weeks back also. Chills, super weak, fever, etc. She drank tea and whiskey all day, with the occasional shot of elderberry syrup and Powerade and she was good to go in a week.

My wife is thinking the same thing about our son. Took him 3-4 weeks to fully recover, including an overnight stay at the Children's Hospital. Bronchial something was the initial diagnosis, but they tried a second steroid and breathing treatments after and it seemed to do him good.

So what makes you think you caught the virus when you haven't traveled?

Who have you been in contact with since the beginning of the year that may have been in affected areas?

Don’t worry wait your turn we are all going to get it. I caught a nasty virus in Houston end of January that took 4 weeks to get over. Everyone in our group caught it. I was kidding about it being cornovirius when I found out was in airport at same time as kid from Texas A&M that was positive. I hope it’s not much worst than that

Op I had same thing last week. Still have a dry barking cough that won’t go away. No one else at home came down with it though so may not have been corona but it sucked none the less.

No idea. We’ve been all over the place, to basketball/volleyball tournaments, kids have been to dances, lots of places. I think it’s been here for a while, but with no way to test for it until very recently, most people just rode it out, or went to the doc and got misdiagnosed with more common illnesses.

All I’m saying is, if this was it, it was a moderately severe case of it based on what I’ve read and it’s not the end of the world for a normal healthy person. I can see where it would kill old people, though. It felt like slowly drowning.
