That’s what I think...I could still be a caring, loving person without that past.

I doubt that she actually said it like that and made it sound like she’s happy about it.

Admittedly I'm having faith issues lately. I can't understand why A loving God would allow innocent children to be raped. What lesson is there to be learned? I have a few hundred other questions as well.

I’m not trying to make this a religion thread but you have to wonder is she right? Was this some type of lesson? She admittedly said she didn’t understand it herself.

Also just re-read your thread title.

Who is happy to be sexually assaulted? That's incredibly sad and depressing.

The answer is no one. That’s something a crazy person would say and only a crazy person would believe.

Typical trash Television that has people brainwashed.

That’s my point. Maybe she just dealing with it the best way she can and is on a whole other level of spirituality than most. I just don’t see that trauma as a plus in life.

Ah kinda. I feel that way about a few things that sucked at the time but definitely changed me internally for the better. Your perspective changes on things years down the road

It's not. What emerged from it was. Never would happen without the trauma

You’re saying that a person cannot reach the same level of awareness without trauma? Agreeably, it usually does takes an “awakening” of sorts to learn from something.
